Terms and Conditions

All Purchases Are Subject To The Following Terms

​If the item is a one of a kind bleach shirt or a popular item it can take up to 12-14 days to process before shipping. Turn around time is 10-15 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turn Around Time does not include weekends, holidays / owners vacation days.

No exchanges or returns are accepted on t-shirts etc. from Gill Girl Designs. Once your order is placed we do not cancel orders so please make sure you are 100% happy with your items before placing that order. 

Once your item has been dropped off with USPS we are no longer responsible. If you believe your package is lost or at a different address, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.

​Orders are sent to the shipping address you provide while checking out. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Gill Girl Designs are not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned, the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped out again. 

If your purchase arrives damaged or an inaccurate item, please send us an email to gillgirldesigns@gmail.com within 3 days.

If you need an item by a certain time, please email us at gillgirldesigns@gmail.com before placing the order to ensure we can create and deliver that item within the time you're needing it shipped.​
